What Leatherhead collects, why, and what it refuses to collect. Written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
An email address and password so you can sign in; a display name and team name you choose; and the league activity you create — drafts, lineups, trades, waiver claims, and chat messages.
What we do not collect
No advertising identifiers, no third-party ad tracking, and no sale of personal information. Crash reporting is configured to send no personally identifying information: no screenshots, no network payloads, and user and request context is stripped before a report leaves your device.
Player and school data
Player names, schools, schedules, and statistics come from College Football Data and are factual sports records, not accounts. Leatherhead deliberately renders no school logos and no player photographs.
Where it lives
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL, US region) with row-level security, so league data is readable only by members of that league. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are never stored by us in readable form.
Your choices
You can request an export, a correction, or deletion of your account and its data at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile and your league memberships.
Children
Leatherhead is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where the change affects how your data is used, notify you in the app.
Contact us
